Email vouchers are free of charge and dispatched immediately after purchase or may be scheduled for a future date, up to 40 days in advance. This can be sent to either the purchaser or the recipient.

Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public holidays.

By Standard Post

Our vouchers are sent via registered mail with tracking. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for delivery within Austria and 5 to 12 business days for international delivery, depending on the destination. We will provide a tracking number upon request. 

Collection at Hotel

You may collect your purchased gift voucher without additional fee directly at the hotel. In addition to the above dispatch information, please allow at least 24 hours for preparing the voucher.
